Drawing on more than 40 years of corporate experience, including seniorleadership roles at Microsoft, I bring a unique blend of strategic insight, people development expertise, and grounded, human-centred coaching.
I specialise in career development, leadership growth, organisational performance, and life coaching, supporting clients through bothprofessional challenges and personal transitions. My approach is shaped by deep experience in global learning and development, as a directorhaving led the Role Excellence , Performance and strategy function for Customer Success Account Managers and their leaders, andpreviously driving worldwide skilling programmes across Microsoft’s Customer Success organisation.
I am an EMCC Master Practitioner and an active member of the International Coaching Federation, currently advancing my ICF ACCaccreditation. My coaching style is warm, practical, and outcomes-focused—helping clients gain clarity, build confidence, and create meaningful,sustainable change.
